HISTORY OF CFFE

Concrete Formwork Fabrication & Engineering (CFFE) originally began as Concrete Formwork Equipment & Engineering (CFEE) in 1989 and operated out of an old mechanic garage in New Albany, Indiana

As the company grew operating locations changed until the company purchased it's current location in Sellersburg, Indiana

CFEE was sold to Universal Form Clamp in 2005

Universal Form Clamp was sold to Universal Building Products (UBP) in 2006

After Universal Building Products ceased operations in 2010 CFFE was established and began production

In June of 2013 CFFE purchased its old manufacturing plant that it operated out of as CFEE and under UBP
