HISTORY OF CFFE
Concrete Formwork Fabrication & Engineering (CFFE) originally began as Concrete Formwork Equipment & Engineering (CFEE) in 1989 and operated out of an old mechanic garage in New Albany, Indiana
CFEE was started to manufacture the articulated radius waler (Created & Patented by Al Miller)
As the company grew operating locations changed until the company purchased it's current location in Sellersburg, Indiana
CFEE was sold to Universal Form Clamp in 2005
Universal Form Clamp was sold to Universal Building Products (UBP) in 2006
After Universal Building Products ceased operations in 2010 CFFE was established and began production
In June of 2013 CFFE purchased its old manufacturing plant that it operated out of as CFEE and under UBP
